Architectural Digest once featured a remodeled trailer home. Yes, it is true. So when Keen Development Group was challenged to transform a 'tear-down' on overgrown property with an overfilled barn offering potential hidden treasures, I could not resist. Budget did not allow for the cost to build new. The project involved months of clearing. The roof and porch were replaced. Rooms were enlarged. The interior was re-built with materials to fortify but not overwhelm the light frame. Cleaning the barn revealed fixtures that were restored and utilized. The home was used as an AirBnB, and reviews were 5 stars all the way, with compliment to the eclectic comfort this retreat provided. The work that went into this project paid off and will always remain a favorite on the project list.
