Atrium Home, New Braunfels, Texas

All processes of this project - lot acquisition, site development, architectural design, construction management, and real estate services- were managed by Keen Development Group and Starhill Realty, LLC. Upon completion of framing the home was listed for sale. The buyer selected interior finish options and then completed landscaping after closing. The result was a tranquil refuge tucked into the hillside, shielded from the road by large oaks. This was a project where the land fully dictated the unique features of the home, proving complex sites can be of ultimate benefit.
