Trademill 44 is a mixed-use development on a 1 acre site, offering office & retail options. The first of two buildings, seen below, will be constructed in 2023. Thoughtful planning was put into creating a low-impact project - maintaining less than 15% impervious cover, preserving all oak trees, with building design that honors the city's character. This building stands at only 25' tall, yet the shed roof design, tall windows, rich finishes, and high ceilings draw the eye from the road and offers a vibrant interior intended to promote harmony and creativity in the workplace.
